Why hasn't my Recurring subscription renewed?

Make sure you have a Recurring Subscription. Its possible that subscription is not recurring and you might have purchased a Season Pass which only give access for a period and then got expired.
you have have to purchase the season pass again to continue.

For Recurring Subscription:
By default, all recurring subscriptions are renewed automatically. Sometimes, however, you may notice that your subscription plan wasn't automatically renewed.

 

* In such case you get an automated email notification and 48 hours to act upon this feedback. 

 

There are two (2) main reasons for a failed renewal: 

 

1. Your bank doesn't accept the transaction due to its own internal policies. 

Solution: Please contact your bank directly to obtain more information.

 

2. Your credit card has expired.

Solution: Update your credit card details in your account. Simply click on the link we send you in the automated notification email or login at 805Stats with your email and the affiliate password. Visit your profile by clicking on image icon on the top right corner and then click my 'My Profile' button. And click on 'Payment Settings' menu item and update your credit card info. 

 

* After 48 hours and no action from your side, the auto-renewal won't be possible anymore and your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will need to subscribe again to start a new subscription cycle.
